Description Andrija Prčić 2006-06-30 13:15:15 UTC
emerge x11 has the following problem on amd64 and x86 stable:
[blocks B     ] >=x11-proto/xproto-7.0.6 (is blocking x11-libs/libX11-1.0.1-r1)

xproto-7.0.7 is marked stable on amd64 and x86, xproto-7.0.4 and xproto-7.0.5 are stil marked as testing

libX11-1.0.1-r1.ebuild (amd64) has
RDEPEND !>=x11-proto/xproto-7.0.6"
whereas libX11-1.0.3.ebuild (~amd64) has
RDEPEND >=x11-proto/xproto-7.0.6"

So either mark the older xproto or the newer libX11 as stable.

Already fixed, but thanks for the report.
Comment 2 Andrija Prčić 2006-06-30 14:29:08 UTC
You forgot amd64 for xproto.

No, it is fixed in CVS. I've already confirmed this multiple times. Your sync just isn't current with what is in CVS.
