Hi,

After upgrading to modular Xorg (which went stable today, thanks) emerge xterm want to emerge virtual/x11.

When the unicode USE flag is set, xterm RDEPENDS on x11-apps/luit. As luit is not installed by default by xorg-x11 meta-package, xterm falls to default virtual/x11.

After adding x11-apps/luit to package.keywords and emerged it, xterm doesn't want to get virtual/x11.
