Have you tried 0.0.9 or 0.0.13 yet?

No, I haven't. Usually I try to use stable packages, and 0.0.13 is hardmasked unstable, and I avoid such packages (hardmasked stable is a different issue).

Compiling 0.0.5 with gcc-3.4.6-r1 failed as well.

I will try 0.0.9 since it isn't hardmasked.
Comment 4 Kristian Poul Herkild 2006-06-29 07:43:04 UTC
0.0.9 succeeds in compiling.
Comment 5 Chris Gianelloni (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-06-29 07:44:23 UTC
Well, the only reason 0.0.13 is hard masked is because I have yet to get the 0.0.13 KDE parts working. Everything else works, I just didn't want anything to auto-upgrade the underlying components for KDE users. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the 0.0.13 versions, and they're much newer.
Comment 6 Chris Gianelloni (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-06-29 07:54:57 UTC
I've unmasked the 0.0.13 stuff.

I'm marking this as FIXED since 0.0.9 works. I've also filed a bug to have the 0.0.13 stuff stabilized.
