Hi, I have tried to reproduce this: I get the same error when my locale.gen contains: fi_FI.UTF8 UTF8 Which should be: fi_FI.UTF-8 UTF-8 It works for me when I changed it a little bit as you see. Regards Alexander

LC_MONETARY: value of field `int_curr_symbol' does not correspond to a valid name in ISO 4217 [ !! ]
