Bug 138136 – x11-wm/matchbox-window-manager-1.0 causes many sandbox violations when USE=gnome

During install the build attempts gconf installation when USE=gnome,
causing the to be expected sandbox violations.  See the attached log for
details.

  The second attachment is a small patch which fixes this by disabling the
schema update during the install target, and updating in pkg_postinst().
There is an accompanying pkg_prerm() to remove the included schema database
prior to the removal of the actual schema.

  This problem will affect the 0.9.5 build too!
