And what is the problem with it?

I really don't understand your bugreport.  Be more verbose.

The problem is that the openttd executable is stripped before portage does its stripping.  This normally is not an issue, unless you're trying to get binaries that are not stripped, or you are using splitdebug.  This is reported by newer versions of portage as a QA violation, and should be resolved properly.
