A new ebuild for metacity-2.4.13.  This version has important bug fixes and I
couldn't wait for a mainline ebuild; no offense but newer ebuilds for metacity
sure come slow.  Notable are the changes to the SRC_URI and HOMEPAGE which have
been changed for a while.

I unmasked startup-notification-0.4 to build with this and everything
builds/works fine.  Not much startup notification noticed yet, but that is a
limitation of indiviual apps not modified for it.

I consider every release after about 2.4.1 part of the 2.1 development cycle and
that has been shown in instability and feature loss (still!). Thats why i don't
include them in the tree. The SRC_URI has been changed in the latest ebuild in
the tree and there isn't really a homepage. 

2.4.13 is available from the 2.2_rc1 snapshot package at cvs.gentoo.org/~foser btw.

Thanks for your contribution anyway. It doesn't _need_ to depend on gtk+-2.2 btw
last time i checked.
