sci-libs/span-0.7.ebuild

Didn't need src_compile() after setting $S.  For some reason still need src_install() and the call to 'emake...'.  Don't know why, it compiles the libraries, but doesn't install anything if src_install() is removed.  

Need to fix the fortran compiler - right now hard coded somewhere to g77.

Looks like this project is dead.  Any info on where this code could be?

Looks dead to me, no . It also uses numeric which we don't want.
