Description Alfonso 2006-06-22 12:23:46 UTC
I can't select the drivers for my hp laserjet 1010. I have installed cups, and hplip an added them to default runlevel. I have followed the same process as with my old x86 PC (it has also gentoo 2006), but when I use gnome-print or the web interface to select the drivers, only the cups driver is there. I have tried to select it in gnome-print (select driver), but it appears an error message saying that the driver was allready installed. But it doesn't work. It's not working, because I have no chance to selcect the advanced features from hp driver (like selecting toner saving, etc). I have gnome 2.14

Fixed after recompiling the kernel and reemerging both packages (posible bad options in previous kernele compilation)
