amd64 doesn't use the mmx/sse USE flags, so evas' support for these extensions are disabled all the time on amd64.

I will attach a patch to forcibly enable mmx/sse on amd64 in the same way as mplayer does it.

no, i'm not going to be forcing mmx/sse based on $ARCH

seems i've waited long enough as the amd64 team has started unmasking these USE flags for some packages
