tkcvs 7.2.1 (currently stable for x86) doesn't support cvs-1.12.8+ use of ISO 8601 time on 'cvs log' output.  This is very annoying since the author is not displayed in the revision histories, see https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1022305&group_id=3310&atid=103310.

I have set the severity to "major" because the missing author information is a major nuisance.

The attached patch (cvs diff between version 1.70 and 1.71 of logcanvas.tcl) fixes the problem.

its fixed in tkcvs-8.0.3.
