NeroLINUX 2.1.0.0 has been released. Please update portage.

From the freshmeat announcement:
Changes: NeroLINUX is now based on NeroAPI 6.6.1. Fedora Core 5 was added to the recognized distributions. Support for disc-at-once CD overburn was added. A crash when getting the size of large files (greater than 8 GB) with an old buggy samba VFS driver was fixed. The Joliet volume name is now correctly grabbed when continuing an ISO multisession disc.

copying the nero-2.0.0.5.ebuild to my overlay as nero-2.1.0.0.ebuild worked fine.
