the latest stable version of mod_perl doesnt work with the latest stable version of apache

please fix :P

fwiw, I've test mod_perl-2.0.2 on amd64, running pretty smoothly, passes both compile-time tests and perl-status tests.

if no one objects, i'll do this in a day ... the current situation is totally useless in stable amd64 land

I don't use mod_perl much on my systems, but having a look at bugs and the maintainers opinion I have marked mod_perl-2.0.2 stable on amd64. It worked on my hardened amd64 server as well as my test vanilla stable system without any issues.

Let me know if you have any more problems, but this seemed like the best solution to me.
