It seems like config files in the b2evolution-0.9.2 ebuild isn't correctly identified.

I upgraded my blog with this function:

emerge -vp b2evolution (unmasked 0.9.2)
webapp-config -U -h <hostname> b2evolution 0.9.2

In /var/www/<hostname>/htdocs I had a running version of 0.9.1. After the upgrade the conf/ directory was wiped and all the files in the directory was distribution defaults.

Moving the old files from the conf/ directory from a backup of 0.9.1 seems to work as intended, but I'm unsure if I'm loosing any of the new functionality of 0.9.2 by just overwriting the config files.
