How to transform guide XML into HTML 
Second Paragraph:
Specifically the part stating "Here's how it works. First, download the latest
snapshot of our Web site from http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/site.xml, found in
the xml-guide-latest.tar.gz file. Extract the tarball. Inside it, you'll find a
gentoo-src directory, as well as a gentoo-src/xml directory, etc. Now, find
gentoo-src/xml/install.xml. (The new user installation guide). This will be our
source XML guide document."

There does not appear to be a gentoo-src directory in the tarball.  I extracted
it and found that to be very misleading.  

I've got some other bugs in the getting started section.  Might be a good idea
to consider overhauling this document for current xsl changes.
