oops wait ... description of the bug follow.
using amarok with musicbrainz, when clicking on "Fill-in Tags Using MusicBrainz" for a mp3 file, it takes all the cpu forever without results. the same thing happen when using trm directly, this command takes all cpu: $trm -i music-file.mp3 after googling, it appears this file is missing : /usr/lib/tunepimp/plugins/mp3.tpp as a temporary workaround, it is possible to resolve this problem with the following commands: ebuild /usr/portage/media-libs/tunepimp/tunepimp-0.4.2.ebuild compile cd /var/tmp/portage/tunepimp-0.4.2/work/libtunepimp-0.4.2/plugins/mp3 make install cd ../../examples/plugins ln -s ../../plugins/mp3/.libs/mp3.so ./mp3.tpp ebuild /usr/portage/media-libs/tunepimp/tunepimp-0.4.2.ebuild install ebuild /usr/portage/media-libs/tunepimp/tunepimp-0.4.2.ebuild qmerge
