Permissions on this ebuild are set incorrectly, preventing it from running:

zak / # ls -lsa /var/db/pkg/net-www/mod_gzip-1.3.19.1a-r1/mod_gzip-1.3.19.1a-
r1.ebuild
   4 -rw-r--r--    1 root     root         1426 Jan  9 19:25 /var/db/pkg/net-
www/mod_gzip-1.3.19.1a-r1/mod_gzip-1.3.19.1a-r1.ebuild

chmod'ing it to executable does not help - no errors, but no changes to 
apache.conf, and no creation of old file in /etc/apache/conf/bak.
