What will be the number of concurrent users you plan to support (for rsync), what are your server specifications as well as name of the admin?
We do not plan to limit connections as long as our server can bear. Our server has two 1.1GHz SPARC64 V processors, 4Gbytes memory and 1GbE connected to the Internet without any bottleneck. Please use `JAIST FTP Admins' as the name of the admin.

We used a domestic rsync mirror as the source. It caused the delay of timestamp. We have changed the source to rsync.us.gentoo.org, so the delay will be reduced.
