Genstef is working on moving ebuilds from maintainer-wanted to his Sunrise overlay on o.g.o However he may end up working on some packages that are in maintainer-needed as well. The Tree Cleaner project is currently working on auditing packages in maintainer-needed and it would be beneficial for us if there was a keyword for InOverlay, which stated that the ebuild was in an overlay. It has use as a general keyword, although in the specific case I'm targetting it's a "someone is working on this maintained-needed ebuild in an overlay to test their fixes to the ebuild in the tree, don't punt it." I think this keyword will also benefit the Sunrise project.
