Created attachment 92510 [details] Ebuild for dspam 3.6.8 [Updated] Updated the ebuild. It now has an extra flag 'cvs-update' which updates the package to current CVS. I had to do this because version 3.6.8 segfaulted alot, specially with ldap. Updating to CVS fixed the problem.
Created attachment 92511 [details] dspam.cron [Updated] Some line breaks were added to make it more readable.
Created attachment 92512 [details] dspam-cvs-update.diff.tar.bz2.bz2 - diff to update to current CVS With this update, Oracle support should be removed(haven't done it yet), because it was removed for lack of interest and upstream support.
http://www.howtoforge.com/optimizing_dspam_mysql4.1 Have you checked those modifications? It would be very nice to see them as patch. I am testing them on current 3.6.6, and it cuts purging times VERY much, on my 500mbyte database.

fixed in cvs. I've applied the Debian patches that I thought are useful for us.
For whatever reason this ebuild didn't install my rc (/etc/init.d/dspam) script. Can anyone else confirm this? Don't want to reopen if it's just me.
The init script installation is controlled by daemon USE flag, just as in previous version.
