It looks like something is missing and, therefore, it can't find the files (which is why its giving the error 404). I'm attempting to reproduce the error at the moment.

i can't reproduce it either on amd64 (test completes fine), but my USE is much more restricted (using minimal( than this one (no gdbm, ipv6, mysql or php) but including the recommended pcre which is missing here
