media-gfx/gimp-1.3.11 should depend on >=dev-python/pygtk-1.99.12 .

Attempting to merge gimp-1.3.11 without this dependency causes errors in
'configure'.

Is it a python only dependency ? 'USE=-python emerge gimp' , does that fail too ?

It seems that pygtk is only needed when the python use flag is set.
