Wouldn't /usr/$(get_libdir)/utempter/utempter be better placed as /usr/libexec/utempter?  Seems a bit silly to have a subdirectory in /usr/$(get_libdir) with only one file in it.

a few months ago, Spanky schooled me on libexec -- and basically we tend to try and move to /usr/lib/misc instead.  so that is where I moved it.

1.1.4.1 in portage now.
