Homepage in the ebuild points to a completely different project, also you should only put such keywords there which you tested yourself (and not stable ones).

The name net-im/evaq is misleading, if you put an eva-ebuild in a directory called net-im/evaq, you won't be able to emerge it! And most users are familiar with the name eva rather than evaq. That's why I entered a new bug.
