If I switch the tabs of konsole, it just forgets transparency. I have to select the color scheme again.

1. start konsole  #transparency enabled
2. CTRL+Shift+N   #new tab, transparency enabled too
3. Shift+left     #previous tab
->transparency is disabled.

3.4.3 didn't have this problem.

I only notice that on my PPC machine. x86 doesn't have this problem.

Can you reproduce it with konsole-3.5.5? If so, please attach emerge --info from both machines.
