reportlab 2.0 is out, please add it to the tree

modified ebuild for reportlab 2.0

reportlab requires python 2.4 according to their release notes. therefore i added dependency on python 2.4.2. I also removed the "Verdana" font warning that was there from earlier releases. I tested all my scripts with verdana.ttf, no problems occured. If somebody could please enlighten me what this mysterious "known bug" was?

AMD64 platform - build is OK - everything is working as expected.

reportlab-2.0 in portage with update to the license and arch keywords. thanks for your ebuild.
