Release focus: Minor bugfixes

Changes:
Documentation updates. Better error reporting in the command CGI. Fixes for the sample redundancy script, a compilation bug under Solaris, and a bug with handling of mmap()'ed files in CGIs.

Very strange. My /usr/portage didn't show it, although it's synced daily.
I guess I should only trust my CVS sandbox :]
