Add DSN (Delivery Status Notifications) support to exim ebuild (use flag?), can be compiled in by default, without config it does no harm.

Yes, i have. 
Running on my Mailserver and it is working.
Will attach a diff for exim 4.62 ebuild.

What exactly does this patch add in functionality to Exim?  That the MTA is responding to DSN requests send by MUAs?

I added the latest patch to exim-4.71
