Taken from babelbib.pdf (Abstract): This package enables to generate multilingual bibliographies in cooperation with babel. Two approaches are possible: Each citation may be written in another language, or the whole bibliography can be typeset in a language chosen by the user. In addition, the package supports commands to change the typography of the bibliographies. The current version supports Afrikaans, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, En- glish, Esperanto, Finnish, French,1 German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish. Updating the whiteboard/keywords to reflect the fact it is in the sunrise overlay. Unfortunately, the ebuild in the overlay is not working :-/
That ebuild was written for the TeTeX (Gentoo) package. BabelBib is part of TeXlive (dev-texlive/texlive-latex). Maybe I could/should delete that package from sunrise?
Indeed, you should remove it from sunrise and the bug status should be changed to "Resolved Fixed".
