One of the bricks that's in the LVM array has failed and LVM has taken the entire stripe offline... root@jujitsu /var/mirrors: ls -al ls: reading directory .: Input/output error total 0 root@jujitsu /var/mirrors: Wonderful, eh.... I should have some new disks tomorrow to bring it all back online.
