Newest version: electricksheep-2.6.7
Portage version: electricksheep-2.6.4
Old version missing bittorrent support.

Current ebuild works, just copy it to the new version,
only the patch does not: epatch ${FILESDIR}/${P}-cflagsfix.patch
New version works fine for me without patch.

added - thanks for the bug report.
The cflags patch was to conform to gentoo policy of respecting the user's setting in CFLAGS.

Does this version need to depend on anything special for bittorrents to work? Was it impliemented inside the electric sheep code?

You can configure torrent support using a bittorrent client and rss fead. The files should be saved in ~/.electricksheep
So no extra's are needed.
The new version was needed to read the ~/.electricksheep directory correct.
