Fixed in CVS. In the future, there's no need to include QA unless the maintainers are unresponsive or there is no active maintainers.

In other circumstances I agree with the above; not CCing QA unless there is a problem. Here it was more for tracking purposes to make sure all the bugs got taken care of. Feel free to suggest an alternative manner to do this.
