I think the app-emulation/crossover-office-pro-bin-5.0.1 package should offer some instruction telling the user what to do after it is installed. I can't really suggest what those instructions might be, because I'm not really sure what to do myself. I usually install using the graphical install.

Well, we don't have any instructions, in fact we don't even have any license so it's impossible to give any instructions, we don't use it.
