emerge autoconf 
output 
sys-devel/autoconf-2.54 merged. 
 
but  
 
autoconf --version 
Autoconf version 2.13 
 
think its not correct ?

try /usr/bin/autoconf-2.54

and 

#qpkg -l autoconf-2.54

Why this solution with the wrapper ? 
is there a reason not to use the newer version at all ?
