Bug 133969 – media-tv/nuvexport should use 'built_with_use -a' for ffmpeg checks + checks for non-existant use flag

This is a simple suggestion and should be a simple fix to the ebuild.
The pkg_setup() in nuvexport-0.2_pre20060118.ebuild should print all of the error messages and then "die" instead of dieing immediately after each one is encountered. This will make for a happier user experience :)

Removed the check for the PIC use flag as it does not appear to be used by ffmpeg.
