This is a rather strange problem - I have not seen it before. It has been persistent all day yesterday and still this morning - after a few esync's. The size is right for the file, I have not checked the checksum though. I'll second that I'm seeing this issue (complete with it downloading the correct number of bytes but only showing a half full progress bar). I also tried to grab the required files on my own and stuff them in the distfiles so it would skip the fetch. No dice, it insisted on downloading anyways. Unfortunately, I've not had time to look deeper yet...
Ok, not sure what the problem was - but after today's esync and emerge -pv nwn - it emerged just fine. There was also an update to portage, perhaps the fix was in there...
Sounds fixed then.
Upstream had changed the tarballs on me from the time I first downloaded them. I simply had to redigest everything. I actually caught it and did it before this bug was submitted, otherwise I would have closed the bug when I did it.

Do not REOPEN this bug. I cannot help it that upstream keeps changing files or takes things offline. Also, this bug was for 1.67, not 1.67-r1, which is masked. Again, if you have a NEW issue, then file a NEW bug.
