Interesting. I clearly remember it used to emerge just fine, but I'm getting the same error myself. The missing headers are nowhere to be found. Please test 0.2.19a - I've just tested this again, and if it's good for you, I'll request to stablize this and punt 0.2.17 afterwards.
0.2.19a seems to work fine on my box...
