The "Edit" button on the "Define Views for Calendar" dialog is always disabled, even for user-defined views.

These settings are apparently stored in the gconf registry, so some of them can be set with a gconf registry editor, which is an awkward but apparently effective workaround.

Lindsay: Some view types like "Month View" are not editable... Reopen if view of type table is not editable for you.
