Description Javi Ruiz 2006-05-16 06:41:12 UTC
Enemy-territory is now updated to 2.60b but for those (like me) that use ET only with the etpro patch it doesn't work. When you connect to a server you get an error message like "ETPRO was specting ET 2.60 but you have ET 2.60b" or similar. The worse is that you can't go back to ET 2.60 using portage, the ebuild has been removed...

This needs to be fixed by a new ETPro release. There's nothing I can do about that.

Yes, and I've been checking and I didn't find there's a newer version of et-etpro than the one in portage, so it seems to be just a question of waitting til they release a new etpro compatible with et-2.60b.

Anyway, the posibility to easily roll-back to et-2.60 would be really appreciated, and this is just to re-include et-2.60 in portage tree til a new etpro is out.

Thanks Chris!
