The PHP 5.1.4 release did not contain the PEAR's phar file (PEAR installer), so it was silently re-released with the missing file, so the digest of the archive changed (md5):

b55e633bdc80ab30da7c92f760fc4b58 -> 66a806161d4a2d3b5153ebe4cd0f2e1c

dev-lang/php/files/digest-php-5.1.4 needs to be updated!

We know, the updated tarball is being distributed on the mirrors and the digests were updated accordingly, so it's just a question of time (up to 6-8 hours for the distfiles mirrors iirc, 1-2 hours for rsync) until it's all ok again, and with the updated tarball.

... still not up-to-date on various mirrors (in Europe/Germany?).

Needs --digest to merge.
