But this file is located here:
/usr/share/doc/ghostscript-esp-8.15.1_p20060430/html/Use.htm

I will not make a refbump because of that, but include it when I get some more changes:

I have fixed -esp and -afpl

Some are still using -gnu, I will fix that when they release a new version :)
