Bug 133228 – net-analyzer/zabbix-server version bump to 1.1

The attached ebuild updates zabbix-server-1.1_alpha7.ebuild for the current Zabbix release, 1.1 beta 9.

This updated ebuild includes these changes:

1. Corrected sripts to scripts in references to /usr/share/zabbix/sripts.

2. Updated locations of compiled binaries in working directories. For example,  bin/zabbix_server is now found at src/zabbix_server/zabbix_server.

3. Added configuration option --enable-server based on Zabbix forum comments.

4. Dropped zabbix-snmpv3.fix.patch.

This ebuild requires the same supporting files as 1.1_alpha7 except zabbix-snmpv3.fix.patch.

Related ebuilds for zabbix-agent and zabbix-frontend will be submitted shortly.
