i'm guessing you have intltool-0.34.1, if you upgrade to 0.34.2 first, does that fix the error?

report back with results.

thanks!

Upgrade to intltool-0.34.2 fixes the "Possible unintended interpolation" error.
Comment 5 Geaaru 2006-05-13 09:06:18 UTC
With a not fine solution it is possible compile:
see post http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-3314371.html#3314371

(Changed: intltool-merge and intltool-merge.in
row 260:
 my $alias_file = $ENV{"G_CHARSET_ALIAS"} ||
"@INTLTOOL_LIBDIR@/charset.alias";
with:
 my $alias_file = "";
)

But also with intltool-0.34.2 works. Thanks.
Comment 6 John N. Laliberte (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-05-13 11:25:16 UTC
thanks, fixed in cvs.
