I found a small text, so it was hardly an effort to translate it. xmllint and
xsltproc gave no errors, year's correct, guide link's correct, character's
correct, so I guess it's correct in total.

Please commit into gentoo-src/gentoo-xml/htdocs/doc/nl and create a link on the
main documentationpage to this guide (Dutch in Dutch is "Nederlands"), since
this is the first Dutch translation of this guide.
