Please find attached the translated USE Variable HOWTO (translated into Dutch). It has been correctly piped through xmllint and converted into HTML by xsltproc, and I've doublechecked the things I forgot on the previous translations (year, guide link, charactertype), so that should be allright too :) Please commit into gentoo-src/gentoo-xml/htdocs/doc/nl and add a link on the main documentationpage to the translation ("Nederlands"); there was no Dutch translation of this document before, so this needs to be done.
