cproto-4.6-r1 has been keyworded ~ppc-macos since 10 Nov 2005 with no bugs and is stable on 4 other arches. Please test and mark it stable.

It is currently against out policy to stabilize any ebuilds not related to a security bump.  This is due to the beta nature of out product.  For further clarification, feel free to stop by #gentoo-osx.
