Hi,

We're getting a connection refused when we try to connect to rsync1.no.gentoo.org.

rsync: failed to connect to rsync1.no.gentoo.org: Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(107) [receiver=2.6.8]

Can you please check/rectify the same ASAP.
