Hi,

It looks like your mirror 194.185.88.30 which is part of the rsync.it.gentoo.org rotation is unreachable. 

rsync: failed to connect to 194.185.88.30: Connection timed out (110)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(107) [receiver=2.6.8]

Please check/rectify the same ASAP.

Bug time-out. As per procedure, I'm removing this mirror off rotation and ACLs.
