We're unable to connect to your rsync mirror at 210.59.107.10.

Please check/rectify the issue ASAP.

rsync: failed to connect to 210.59.107.10: Connection timed out (110)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(107) [receiver=2.6.8]

Just a clarification, this mirror is part of the rsync.asia.gentoo.org rotation.

Bug time-out. No response from the admin, as per procedure I'm removing the mirror off the rotation and ACL
