Please find attached libibverbs-1.0.3.ebuild. libibverbs is a library that allows programs to use InfiniBand "verbs" for direct access to IB hardware from userspace. For more information on verbs, see the InfiniBand Architecture Specification vol. 1, especially chapter 11. This userspace library compliments the infiniband support in linux kernel >=2.6.15. Homepage: www.openib.org I'm not sure what category to recommend. Possibilities include: sys-cluster, dev-libs, or net-libs -bryan

Reopen, no idea why this got resolved.
(In reply to comment #4) > Reopen, no idea why this got resolved. > I think the author of this bug report closed the bug by him self after waiting 6 months for a status change on his bug report. The ebuild is now added to the science overlay (Use "layman -a science" to get it). @Jakub: Can you please close it again? It is almost 1 year since the creation of this bug report and no one was anyway interested in libibverbs (else the bug would be reactivated long time ago). I don't want to be the one riding another death horse (maintainer-wanted). I personally can absolutely go well with my own overlay. I don't need this bug report. Sorry.
More up-to-date ebuilds for libibverbs/openib are available in the science overlay.
